Our Thanksgiving Table

Well, the Thanksgiving food has all been enjoyed (except dessert- we'll have
that later!) and the guys are all relaxing and watching football, so I have a little
time to share our Thanksgiving table with you-

I got these Pilgrim and Indian placecard holders at a yard sale
this summer, they were a fun addition to our table this year.

Our kids each pick which red transferware plate they want to use
for the holiday meals, and LA always picks this one.

This gravy boat is the first piece of red transferware I ever had.

Ready to eat- the kids had to endure a few pictures first!

I'm so thankful for my family!!

Give thanks to the LORD,
call on his name;
make known among the nations
what he has done.
1 Chronicles 16:8

I'm joining Tablescape Thursday, where there are lots of fun tables to see!

  1. I love the picture of your boys sitting around your pretty table! I adore red transferware and yet to have any dinner plates. I do have a few teacups. What a wonderful family picture and your table is just beautiful!! Couldn't help but notice you have all boys...I have three grown sons!

  2. You have a lovely family and are blessed with much love around that table as are each of your kids. You set a beautiful table and have collected a great set of dishes. Bet the food was delish!
We have 2 grown daughters and 1 granddaughter which we did not spend TG with, but are thankful for so many things. Keeping up with you, Debbie

  4. Oh my, I love your table with mixed red transferware!!! It makes each piece stand out more being a little different than the other. They make perfect "companions" and it is far more interesting than if they were all the same. So cute that they each get to chose their dish. Sounds like something I would do.
Lovely family. All the best, Ruthie
